What cities do you Serve?

Blissful Moments By Stephanie LLC serves the Denver metro area, surrounding cities, and all around Colorado. 

 

What does your Add-Ons mean?

When you choose a package and you see something on the Add-Ons tab that is not already included in your package, we can add that item on for you. The Add-On price is next to each item. 

 

How does the process of your initial consultation go?

As soon as you reach out to us via our contact form, I will email you to set up a date and time for a phone consultation. Once I call you, I will ask a couple basic questions and get to know what you envision for your special day. Following our phone call, I will send you a quote, everything that's including in the package, and my policies. If you decide to move forward with us, you will sign the contract and pay a 40% retainer fee. From there, you will officially be booked with us.

 

Do you charge travel fees?

Anything over 40 miles, travel fees will be added at 65¢ per mile. 

 

Do you charge lodging fees?

Lodging fees may apply if overnight(s) are needed. Lodging fees will be a flat rate of $150 per night.

 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 40% deposit is due upon booking! A second payment will be due 90 days prior to your wedding, and the remaining balance will be due one week prior to your wedding.

 

Do you have a team?

Yes! I have a team of lead coordinators and assistants

 

Will an assistant always be with the lead coordinator at the wedding?

In most circumstances, yes.

 

What if my DOC has an emergency on the day of my wedding and can't attend? 

In the rare instance that does happen, I will get another DOC to cover the day of.

 

Does the owner attend all weddings?

Unfortunately, as much as the owner wishes that could happen, she only takes a limited number of weddings herself per year and assigns her team to all other weddings. we do have a wonderful team that you can't go wrong with.

 

Can I still contact the owner if I have an issue or a question?

Absolutely! You will be able to contact the owner via email or phone throughout the whole process. She will still be involved in the process.

 

When will I know who my DOC will be for the day of?

Coordinators are assigned to weddings three months prior to the event.

 

Can I pick my own coordinator on your team?

You can always request a specific coordinator; however, it is not guaranteed that will happen based on schedules. If you request a specific coordinator, I will try my best to make that happen. 

 

Do you have business insurance?

Yes! We carry liability and professional insurance.

 

Are there any days during the week that you will not book an event?

we are available to book events 7 days a week unless we are already booked. We also will not take any weddings on Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day.

 

What if my wedding falls on a holiday or holiday weekend?

If your wedding falls on a holiday weekend, an additional 10% will be charged. If your wedding falls on a holiday itself, an additional 20% will be charged. 

 

Do you offer any type of discounts?

Yes, we do! a 15% discount will be applied to your package to honor military, first responders, nurses, police officers, and teachers. Please mention this during our consultation.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

This will be discussed in our contract. 

 

What types of payments do you accept? 

We accept a valid debit or credit card via Honeybook.

 

What type of events do you do?

We only specialize in weddings currently
