Think of your wedding planner as your new built in best friend who is going to lift all of the heavy weight off of your shoulders so you can take a deep breath and enjoy the whole process and wedding day. Your wedding planner will tackle every task included in this package and more.

                              PARTIAL PLANNING PACKAGE

You started the wedding planning process but now you are feeling a little stressed with deadlines and need some extra help. Maybe you need some assistance finding a few more vendors. Maybe you need a second opinion on some menu selections. Not to worry as that is what I am here for. Your wedding planner will make sure to cover things that have not been taken care of as of yet.

  • Design timeline of wedding day
  • Assist in finding your perfect venue (up to 2 venue tours)
  • Assist in finding vendors
  • Main point of contact for vendors (starting 6 months prior to wedding day)
  • Assist with contract review from vendors
  • Keep track of vendor contracts
  • Assist with choosing color palette
  • Design Floor plan of wedding day
  • Manage wedding budget

                                  DAY OF COORDINATION

Now that you have most everything else covered but need the most help on your wedding day, you are ready to book your Day Of Coordinator. Not sure how to design your timeline for your wedding day? No problem as your coordinator will handle that for you. Your Day Of Coordinator will have unlimited email communication with you from the moment you book but will start working with you closely three months prior to your big day.

                        MICRO-WEDDING PACKAGE

This package is ideal for couples that want more of a small and intimate wedding and need a small amount of help. This package is for guest counts under 35.

  • Unlimited email communication

  • Confirmation of wedding checklist 
  • Main point of contact for vendors starting 8 weeks prior to wedding
  • Final walkthrough of venue 3-4 weeks prior to wedding (this can be in person or virtual depending on location)
  • One check-in & informational meeting 3 months prior to wedding
  • One meeting 3 weeks prior to wedding to finalize details
  • Email final details to couple and all vendors at least 14 days prior to wedding
  • Attendance and coordination of rehearsal if applicable
  • Coordinate ceremony and reception
  • set up personal decor (no take down)- 
  • Full use of emergency kit on wedding day
  • Lead coordinator on wedding day (Up to 8 hours of coordination on day of)

                                       Ceremony ONLY

                                  $400 (up to 2 hours)

                                  Rehearsal Coordination- $100 (up to one hour)

 

                        Coordination Of Ceremony/Reception ONLY -No Setup/Teardown

      (Includes everything in the day of coordination package above minus setup/teardown and services are for 6.5 hours on the wedding day).

                                        Starting at $800

 

                        Now offering all weekend coordination- $5,000 (i.e. Rehearsal dinner OR welcome party, Day of coordination, post brunch, etc.)- This will include everything in the day of package, as well as lodging and travel fees. This full package can be customized based on weekend needs.

 

 

 

 

 

Additional assistants may be added to any package due to guest count, decor needs, different locations, etc...
