Maybe you need a second opinion on some menu selections. Not to worry as that is what I am here for. Your wedding planner will make sure to cover things that have not been taken care of as of yet.

• Design Floor plan of wedding day

Now that you have most everything else covered but need the most help on your wedding day, you are ready to book your Day Of Coordinator. Not sure how to design your timeline for your wedding day? No problem as your coordinator will handle that for you. Your Day Of Coordinator will have unlimited email communication with you from the moment you book but will start working with you closely three months prior to your big day.

This package is ideal for couples that want more of a small, intimate and short wedding and need a small amount of help. This package is for guest counts under 35.

• Confirmation of wedding checklist 
• Main point of contact for vendors starting 8 weeks prior to wedding
• Final walkthrough of venue (this can be in person or virtual depending on location)
• One meeting 3 weeks prior to wedding 
• Email final details to couple and all vendors at least 14 days prior to wedding
• Attendance and coordination of rehearsal if applicable
• Coordinate ceremony and reception
• set up personal decor (no take down)- 
• Full use of emergency kit on wedding day
• Lead coordinator on wedding day

                                  $400 (up to 2 hours)

                                  Rehearsal Coordination- $100 (up to one hour)

 

                        Coordination Of Ceremony/Reception ONLY -No Setup

      (includes designing timeline, communication with vendors, and coordination of ceremony/reception)

                                        Starting at $900

 

                        Now offering all weekend coordination- $5,000 (i.e. Rehearsal dinner, welcome party, Day of, post brunch, etc.)- This will     include the day of package, as well as lodging and travel fees
